About

My Story

In 2016 when my son was six months old he received a diagnosis of Celiac Disease that had an impact, on our lives This event motivated me to start this blog where I share our experiences and provide assistance to those dealing with Celiac Disease

At first I felt a bit stressed when we heard that gluten was going to be removed from our diets for good. Getting used to living a life took some time and effort as well, as a lot of learning.. Once I managed to tackle the obstacles and started feeling comfortable with our new way of living I realized that it brought me closer to my past experiences. My education background is in Food and Nutrition—a subject I of moved away from, after graduating college. The information I acquired while studying has been extremely helpful, in this phase of my life.
